Hello,
The big network incident from yesterday has been identified and fixed by our internet provider.
Unfortunately, there's still a performance issue in some situations, impacting cvmfs, git, remote sites, etc.
We are actively investigating this and will inform you asap of any changes.

VUB has fixed their issue with their fiber providing our new datacenter with internet to the outside world.
Therefore the cluster is available again.
